Why seasonal maintenance matters in Denver

Freeze-thaw turns a blocked gutter into a roof problem

The Front Range crosses freezing and back again dozens of times each winter. Water sitting in a clogged gutter refreezes at the eave every night, backs up under the shingle edge and finds the fascia. Clearing the gutter in fall is the whole fix.

Hard water etches glass permanently

Denver's water is mineral-heavy, and sprinkler overspray dries on windows into deposits that ordinary washing will not lift. Removed within a season or two they come off; left for years they etch the surface and no cleaning brings it back.

An un-blown sprinkler line splits, not leaks

Water left in irrigation lines and hose bibs expands as it freezes, and the damage shows up in spring as a cracked backflow assembly or a split line under the lawn. A fall blow-out costs a fraction of that repair.

UV at this elevation is hard on wood

Thinner atmosphere means more ultraviolet exposure than the same deck would get at sea level. Finish breaks down faster, boards start checking, and once the wood has opened up you are replacing boards instead of recoating them.

Customer reviews

We are a new brand and we have no reviews yet. Rather than fill this space with anonymous quotes, we would rather say plainly: the first reviews here will be from real customers in Glendale, Sheridan, Castle Pines, Foxfield and Ken Caryl, Colorado, published as they come in.

Maintenance visits are not a warranty service — we can't guarantee debris, weather, or normal wear won't return between visits. That's why we come back on schedule. Any repair work carried out during a visit is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty on that specific work.

A repair visit fixes something specific and is billed hourly. A maintenance plan is a scheduled set of seasonal visits — two a year on the Basic plan, four on the Full plan — that handle upkeep before it becomes a repair.
