About Denver Local Pro
Denver Local Pro exists for five specific communities on the south side of the metro: Glendale, Sheridan, Castle Pines, Foxfield and Ken Caryl, Colorado. They sit close enough together for one crew to cover properly, and small enough that they are often skipped by larger operations that prefer bigger territories.
The business is built around scheduled seasonal maintenance rather than emergency repair. Gutters cleared before the freeze, irrigation blown out before the first hard night, caulk and weatherstripping checked while the weather still allows it. Repairs are handled between those visits, in the same hourly, no-surprises way.
How we price
$80 per person, per hour · 2-person crew · 2-hour minimum ($320 minimum visit).
Materials are billed at cost on top of labor. Anything requiring a licensed electrician or plumber is outside our scope and we say so before starting.

Maintenance visits are not a warranty service — we can't guarantee debris, weather, or normal wear won't return between visits. That's why we come back on schedule. Any repair work carried out during a visit is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty on that specific work.
