Denver's water is hard, and sprinkler overspray leaves mineral deposits on glass that ordinary washing will not lift. Left long enough those deposits etch the surface permanently. We clean both sides, pull and rinse screens, vacuum out tracks where grit collects, and treat hard-water spotting where it is still treatable — and tell you plainly when a pane has etched past the point where cleaning helps.

Yes. Interior and exterior together is the standard service — cleaning only one side tends to make the other side look worse.
Mineral deposits can usually be removed if they are treated before they etch the glass. Once etching has started, cleaning improves the look but cannot fully reverse it.
