Clean sweeping concrete driveway and freshly finished curb edge — pressure washing service in Denver
Pressure washing goes wrong when the same setting is used on everything. Concrete tolerates far more than siding, and wood fencing sits somewhere between; the wrong tip on soft cedar leaves permanent stripes. We match pressure and nozzle to the surface, work in consistent passes so there are no arc marks left behind, and keep runoff away from planting beds.
What the visit covers
- Driveways, walkways and patio slabs
- Wood and composite fencing at a pressure the material can take
- Siding rinsed at low pressure rather than blasted
- Deck cleaning ahead of refinishing
- Garage aprons, steps and retaining walls
Questions about pressure washing
At the right pressure, yes. Siding should be rinsed with a wide fan at low pressure — high pressure drives water behind the panels, which is the real risk.
Late spring through early fall. Washing in freezing conditions leaves water in the surface that freezes overnight, which is worth avoiding here.
Pressure washing of the driveway, patio and siding is part of the summer visit on the Full plan.
