Maintenance visits are not a warranty service — we can't guarantee debris, weather, or normal wear won't return between visits. That's why we come back on schedule. Any repair work carried out during a visit is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty on that specific work.

During winter, Full plan members are placed ahead of non-members in our scheduling queue when something urgent comes up.
