Floating floors go down quickly when the subfloor is right and slowly when it is not, so we check flatness and moisture before opening a single box. The finish work matters just as much: undercutting door jambs instead of notching around them, planning the layout so you do not end with a two-inch sliver at the most visible wall, and getting transitions to sit flush at doorways.

We install click-lock and engineered products. Full tile setting and site-finished hardwood are specialist trades we do not take on.
Yes. Colorado's dry indoor air matters here — most manufacturers want the material in the room for a couple of days first, and skipping it is a common cause of gapping later.
We can move ordinary furniture as part of the visit. It does consume billable time, so an empty room installs faster and cheaper.
